These terms govern your use of tade Lyn. By creating an account you agree to them. Where local law gives you stronger rights, those apply.
1.Eligibility
tade Lyn is a B2B platform. You must be a registered business or an authorized representative of one.
You confirm the information you provide during KYB is accurate and complete.
2.Acceptable use
No fraud, no counterfeit goods, no sanctioned counterparties, no illegal products.
No abuse of the API or scraping of supplier or buyer data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
3.Fees
Listing and RFQ posting are free. We charge a take-rate on awarded orders disclosed at award time.
Financing and FX are priced separately and disclosed before you opt in.
4.Orders and disputes
Awarded orders are binding contracts between buyer and supplier. tade Lyn is the platform, not a party to the underlying trade unless explicitly stated.
Disputes are handled through our dispute workflow. We may withhold settlement funds while a dispute is open.
5.Liability
To the extent permitted by law, tade Lyn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.
6.Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
7.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflicts-of-laws rules.
