Privacy policy

Last updated May 1, 2026

This policy explains what information tade Lyn collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to be plain-spoken rather than legalistic.

1.Information we collect

Account information: name, business name, email, phone, country and role.

Transactional data: RFQs, bids, orders, shipments and payment events you generate on the platform.

Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited, and aggregated interaction metrics.

2.How we use it

Operate and improve the platform — match buyers and suppliers, route shipments, settle payments.

Underwrite working-capital financing decisions, only with your consent.

Comply with KYB, anti-money-laundering and sanctions obligations.

Send transactional and (with consent) marketing communications.

3.Sharing

We share data with counterparties on a deal (e.g. supplier sees buyer name on an awarded RFQ).

We share with sub-processors (cloud hosting, payments, KYB providers) under contract.

We never sell personal data to advertisers.

4.Retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as required by regulators (typically 7 years).

You can request deletion of data not subject to regulatory retention at any time.

5.Your rights

Access, correction, deletion and portability — write to privacy@tadelyn.com.

If you are in the EU/UK, GDPR rights apply. If you are in Ghana, DPA rights apply.
